So about three or so months ago I made a post saying that I had been moving out into a new home with friends. I succeeded in my goal of getting work by signing up with Walmart again. Oh you terrible, terrible capitalistic beast. You suckered me back in! I have the most experience on my resume being customer service, almost 4 years at Wally World and now counting, so it seemed like an obvious choice.

Going into the cashier position again, I knew what I was in for. Weird, weird hourly schedules, holiday rushes, etcetera, etcetera, but I didn't plan on being bum rushed by it. The first couple of months have been brutal.

Having been unemployed for almost a year prior, getting back into any kind of routine and sticking to it gave me a lot less energy to work on, which is weird. You'd think I'd have more energy, but I guess that's what happens when you're forced to be lazy from your state's failing economics with its workers.

Aside from that, things were looking up. I was getting a regular paycheck. Animals and friends have kept my mood mostly in check. I've re-established my video-gaming hobby which has been astounding, since I haven't been able to play really any kind of video game ever since my computer has been going tits up and being homeless making it hard to have anything other than a DS. With a steady stream of money, my vaping has also picked back up and I'm even helping a roommate kick his smoking addiction with it. So what's my problem?

Well, the Deltora set is my current problem.

Originally, I was watching the series on Youtube on spare hours between sleep and work, using it to make cards and I got a decent amount of it done. I would say I'm about three-quarters of the way done with it. When all of a sudden, every Deltora source on Youtube got flagged and taken down by copyright strikes. I got really pissed at Youtube for awhile on their shitty practices before I tried looking elsewhere. No other videos of any decent quality could be found on Youtube, so I went through different avenues for it, namely free anime sites.

I have no idea if it's on Crunchyroll...in the hindsight of writing this article, I'll have to go check and update.

The problem is that most of the free sites did an absolute shit job of getting Deltora Quest. Most if not all showed chopped visuals which made me annoyed. Those that weren't were ridiculously low quality, some refused to show and others simply didn't have it. It's looking like I can't finish it, which has depressed me and kept me really from trying my hand at cards. I posted a couple one-of cards recently from an idea, but as for finishing Deltora Quest...I don't know. I might just have to shelf it until I can find it again, go ahead and keep going with Dragonball Z.

If anyone knows of any reputable places where a good quality, unchopped version of Deltora Quest can be found, please let me know asap. I'll even take reverse filmed DQ. I just want this project done damn it all.

Love your faces and talk to you next time :P
